Do I need to create content?
No. This programme is for referrals from clients, contacts, communities or an audience. There is no posting commitment.
Is 25% available on every plan?
No. Up to 25% applies to eligible Starter referrals. Growth and Operator have lower rates, confirmed in your agreement before activation.
When do commissions start?
After your application is approved, your terms are agreed and referral tracking is set up. Applying alone does not create a referral account or activate earnings.
What if my referral books a demo first?
Tell us about the introduction before the call. We’ll confirm how to register it during onboarding so a sales-assisted purchase can be handled under your agreed attribution rules.
How long do I earn and when am I paid?
Commission duration, payout timing, eligibility and refund handling are confirmed before you join. Recurring does not automatically mean lifetime commission.
